Kaivalya Khanapure has built a career across real estate, construction, floriculture, craft brewing, hospitality and retail. He read business at MIT-Pune, marketing at SIBM Bengaluru, and law at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, a foundation he has put to work across seven ventures and counting.
His first venture, KRS Constructions, delivered commercial warehousing across Maharashtra. In 2018 he co-founded Igloo Brew Works, now a recognised craft brewer serving leading hotels and clubs in Mumbai. In 2024 he co-founded Goodwill RV & Land Ventures, delivering a plotted development at Urse, Talegaon.
